Get Rewarded

When they sign a lease, get board approval, and pay first rent — you get paid.

Referrals expire after 90 days. All three conditions (lease signed, board approval, first rent) must be met within 90 days of submission. Current tenants receive a $500 rent credit. All other referrers receive $500 via Zelle or Venmo. PKNT Industries, Inc. reserves the right to deny any referral at its sole discretion. No limit on referrals.
