Welcome to the Luxury Salon Suites website, operated by PKNT Industries, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Services

We provide private salon suite rentals for independent beauty and wellness professionals at 148 Old Post Road, Suite E, Sharon, MA 02067. Our Site offers information about our studio spaces, allows visitors to schedule visits, submit referrals, and submit maintenance requests.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site or services. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation.
  • Use the Site to transmit any unsolicited advertising or promotional materials.

4. Virtual Tour

Our Site includes a 3D virtual tour of the salon suite facility powered by Matterport. The virtual tour is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep the tour current, actual suite configurations, finishes, and availability may vary from what is shown in the virtual tour. The virtual tour does not constitute a guarantee of any specific suite or feature.

5. Forms and Submissions

Our Site includes forms for visit scheduling, referral submissions, and maintenance requests. By submitting information through these forms, you consent to be contacted by us via phone, email, and/or SMS regarding your submission. All information you provide must be accurate and complete.

6. SMS Communications

Program Name: Luxury Salon Suites SMS Notifications

Program Description: Appointment confirmations, visit scheduling notifications, maintenance updates, and occasional promotional offers for salon suite professionals and prospective tenants.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Referral Program

Participation in our Referral Program is subject to the Referral Program Terms & Conditions available on the referral form page. PKNT Industries, Inc. reserves sole discretion to approve or deny any referral reward. See the referral form for complete program details.
